OneLogistics

OneLogistics is a vital contributor to Work Package 3 of the Hyperion Project, bringing its expertise in managing complex supply chains and its proven success in logistics systems for the F-35 program. A major focus within Work Package 3 is establishing a control tower to oversee and optimise logistics operations—an area where OneLogistics excels, having already implemented a similar system for the European F-35/F135 logistics network.

The control tower developed by OneLogistics for the F-35 program serves as a central hub to monitor, coordinate, and streamline the movement of parts and maintenance resources. This system ensures that the right parts are delivered at the right time and place, reducing unnecessary transportation and logistical delays. For Work Package 3, OneLogistics applies its experience to design a control tower tailored to the Hyperion Project’s goals, enabling smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable supply chains.

In addition, OneLogistics will share its contribution to the Maintenance Add-on to Logistics (MATLOG) project, which integrates predictive maintenance and logistics planning. By combining advanced diagnostic tools, forecasting models, and multi-echelon logistics systems, OneLogistics supports the creation of a more reliable and cost-effective supply chain with a reduced environmental footprint.

As a Fully Operational Capable (FOC) partner since December 2022, OneLogistics actively participates in the F-35/F135 program, collaborating with stakeholders like Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney, and the Joint Program Office. It manages the F-35 Regional Warehouse at Woensdrecht using ILIAS software, directly supporting airframe maintenance and ensuring operational readiness. This hands-on experience with ILIAS will certainly be of value in setting up the Hyperion Control Tower, which will use the ILIAS software as its backbone.

OneLogistics also brings strategic insight with its knowledge in designing frameworks such as the bilateral SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement), which ensures seamless international movement of F-35 parts. Its leadership within the MRO&U Ecosystem at Woensdrecht further strengthens the ecosystem’s innovation and efficiency in maintenance and logistics.

By applying its advanced logistics systems, OneLogistics delivers practical solutions that align with the sustainability goals of Work Package 3. The company’s tools and expertise reduce unnecessary transportation and ensure that parts are always in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity.
